About me

After receiving a MSc in Psychology and doing my clinical internship, I have been working in a clinical setting at the Department of Child and Youth Habilitation at a hospital in Sweden. I am still working there remotely and have recently opened a private practice in Brussels.

During my university studies I have received profound training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). In my work I rely mostly on these two modalities, although I enjoy borrowing techniques from other evidence-based approaches, including compassion-focused therapy (CFT), and interpersonal therapy (IPT). I am also planning to take a course in couples therapy (IBCT), but am not working with couples yet.

I have also participated in countless workshops on ADHD, autism, intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, as well as rare genetic and metabolic disorders.

Neuropsychological assessment of children constitutes a great part of my clinical work in Sweden, which means that I have received extensive training related to various diagnostic methods and instruments (ex. WPPSI-IV, WISC-V, ADI-R, QbTest, CAS-2, SON-R).
